Karate Kid makes $173.8 million domest

Over $173.8 million already domestically alone and over $268,000,000 worldwide on a budget of $40 million isn't too bad!


Hollywoodnews.com: This summer’s updated “Karate Kid,” with Jaden Smith in the Ralph Macchio role, proved that not all remakes are destined to suck. The film – which was quite good – has been one of 2010’s success stories, pulling in $173.8 million domestically to become the ninth-highest-grossing film of the year to date.

And now it is coming to home video.

Sony Pictures UK Announces the search for the UK Karate Kid

To celebrate the July 28 release of The Karate Kid, starring Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan, Sony Pictures UK today announced the launch of a nationwide search for the UK Karate Kid. Sony Pictures UK is running the search in association with the English Karate Federation and Shine who both share the ethos of The Karate Kid and encourage talent in young people.

Recently i found An profile in facebook....Many fans were wrongly concluding that is real jackie chan..This shows their unawareness.

Jackie chan exsists officially in twitter

and in facebook (but facebook id is updated by his staff members)

till now these 2 only were official accounts for jackie....


jackie chan doesnot have any other profiles..some profiles were dedicated to jackie,but they are not real jackie chan...

so please dont wrongly conclude any thing by yourselfs
